HVAC was requested to manufacture and install a new concrete foundation with heavy duty monopole within the Thredbo Ski Resort NSW.

In 1998 HVAC supplied three dust collectors to Christmas Island Phosphates (CIP) which holds the phosphate mining lease on the Island. The dust collectors were installed on the island's conveyor system running from the mine to the loading facility at the wharf.

The size of the project and limitations of time, space and craneage meant careful planning was required to ensure the project ran smoothly through the workshop. Good communication and planning facilitated by the Project Manager between client, logistics, and workshop fabrication team assured the project was delivered on time and on budget.

The Wyong Hospital Main Works Project includes the construction of a new ClinicalServices Building (CSB) comprising of a 6 storey Clinical Services Building,Link Bridge, minor refurbishments to existing building associated with the link bridge connection, formalisation of the existing east-west road connection toLouisiana Road, formalisation and upgrade of the campus car parking, and providing due diligence for the remaining refurbishment works including service locating.

HVAC Australia were required to fabricate and deliver a quantity of large diameter (914mm o/d) Sintakoted, Calcium Aluminate lined steel fittings and pipes to land on site within the constraints of a dynamic site schedule.
