In 2015 HVAC became a licenced fabricator to supply Sintakote® coated mild steel, cement mortar lined (MSCL) fittings for the water & wastewater industry. Sintakote® is a fusion bonded medium density polyethylene coating for steel pipe, which is capable of providing a 100 year life corrosion protection system for within the harshest ground environments. Sintakote® has over 40 years application experience in the Australian market, and enjoys an enviable reputation as one of the world’s most superior pipeline coatings.
HVAC manufacture and supply Steel Pipe Fittings for water and wastewater infrastructure projects and upgrades. We also supply the Steel Mains product range which includes Steel Pipe manufactured to AS1579 in Steel Mains’ full range of end configurations including: Rubber Ring Joint (RRJ), Ball and Socket (BSJ) and Sintalock. Additionally we stock standard sizes of Spherical Slip In Joint (SSJ) pipe allowing customers quick access to pipe for their project requirements.
