 Types of Hoppers

HVAC hoppers are considered the industry standard in Queensland and are made to the highest standard.  HVAC’s unique design is proven and offers a complete solution that is versatile to meet customers needs.

Demountable sludge hopper

HVAC provide a range of portable hoppers that are mounted on skids which allows for easy deployment. The capacity ranges from 30tonnes to 50tonnes.

Drive Under sludge hopper

All HVAC drive under hoppers have an innovative watertight clamshell door.  These hoppers are generally manufactured to customers specification. The capacity ranges from 50tonnes to 100tonnes.

Fixed Hopper

HVAC fixed hoppers have a capacity of 100tonnes plus and have many added features.  They are manufactured to customers specifications

 General Purpose (GP) Hoppers

HVAC manufacture and install bespoke bins and hoppers that are designed by our qualified engineers.  The capacity of these will be at the discretion of the customer and design parameters.

Hopper Options

The following options can be fitted to any of the HVAC range of hoppers:

• Winch gate
• Screw conveyor
• Trimming screws
• level indicator
• Access ladders and platforms

All hoppers can be manufactured in galvanised steel, stainless steel or a combination of both.
