Scope of work: Supply, fabrication and surface treatment of dump station dump hopper, crushing station chute work, diverter station chute work and conveyor frames. Project tonnage of approximately 350

Challenges: The need to get a single organisation that was able to provide a full trial assembly for multiple packages who had experience with CHPP construction

Engineering Solutions: HVAC was selected as they were able to provide a full trial assembly of all plate work and chutes. Zero issues at site installation. Project included supply and installation of all chute work liners. Fabrication completed to tight tolerances over and above Australian standards. Requirement for stress relieving and machining
