Challenges: Westfield multiplex was looking for a company that could design and construct a mechanical air conditioning and ventilation system for the North lakes shopping centre with the design feature of expansion taken into consideration
Engineering Solutions: HVAC was able to demonstrate it capability and provided services for 96 specialist tenancies 14 food court tenancies. Smoke exhausts systems using skylights. Locations for plant and equipment are all angled around future extension proposals
