Scope of work: Installation of 5 new water chillers, 8 cooling towers, air conditioning to malls and specialty shops via 23 fully ducted built-up air handling units. Exhaust and ventilation systems. Smoke spill systems to dedicated areas

Challenges: Westfield multiplex was looking for a company that could design and construct a mechanical air conditioning and ventilation system for the Chermside shopping centre
Engineering solutions: HVAC was able to meet the requirements of the project and design then deliver an air conditioned and mechanical ventilation system to 16 BCC Cinemas, Bid box and projector room. In addition HVAC was able to fit-out the new Irish Pub, K-Mart, Target and BiLo
