Around the yard

A particularly busy day at the Redbank facility included a 49tonne heavy lift of a “mobile crusher plant” module.

Steel fabrication. The “crusher plant” was fabricated by HVAC in Brisbane.  Once completed, the specialised plant was pre-assembled in our yard.  During assembly the team installed electrical and control components as well as a diesel engine.  The completed unit was tested for our client before transport.  The Plant was then broken down into smaller units for shipping to site.  7 heavy vehicles in total were used to transport all the components.

This is the largest module of the plant which will be shipped as a single unit weighing in at 49tonne.  This component was transported by specialist company, Mack Heavy Haulage.
