HVAC focuses on quality, not only through our many accreditations such as ISO 9000, but through the inherent pride of each member of our workforce. Each project is assigned a qualified project manager  to ensure that overall quality is maintained.

HVAC maintains the highest standards of quality by:

  • Maintaining a highly trained workforce, whether that is a tradesperson, apprentice or engineer
  • Maintaining a policy of zero defects through good business practice
  • Ensuring that our engineering practices produce quality designs

On time delivery

HVAC understands that late delivery of a package from a contractor can severly impact project timelines. A rushed timeline through poor scheduling and management can adversely affect quality. No one understands this more than HVAC project managers, who are constantly monitoring all aspects of the project such as the delivery of raw materials, fabrication time lines and installation requirements.HVAC runs three shifts to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. HVAC’s qualified project managers manage schedules on every HVAC job which will:

  • Prevent planning chaos – all jobs are scheduled and have the resources allocated to them
  • Allow HVAC to meet its build deadlines
  • Ensure scheduled delivery

Competitive price

Customers require the best price possible for quality workmanship. However the cheapest price is not always the best price. A job priced cheaply, may be built with poor quality, managed shoddily which in turn will suffer cost blow outs in the way of reworks and missed schedules that could lead to liquidated damages. At HVAC we understand these issues only too well, so we only employ experienced estimators and design engineers who understand what is required to price each job correctly.

HVAC ensures that prices presented are a true reflection of the cost of quality work. HVAC takes ownership over the scope of the contract. Completed projects have a standard 12 months defects and liability period in which HVAC covers the costs of any issues detected.

Understanding these factors allows HVAC to focus its business philosophy on achieving excellence in all work undertakings, whether delivering a small maintenance project or a multimillion dollar complex LNG project.

The HVAC Way

As an Australian engineering company, HVAC has a culture of safety and quality and takes pride in all work. This resinates through the business from the CEO to the newest apprentice. HVAC focuses on the following four core values called “The HVAC Way”:

All team members conduct themselves in an honest manner at all times.

HVAC provides value to all clients.

Each individual is accountable for safety, quality and their actions.

We commit to delivering on time every time.
